Sweets and Stories

This is a specially curated event where I get to weave my love for healthy baking with my love for gathering people together to share their stories. I’ll nurture you with desserts made using healthy, unrefined ingredients. We’ll eat and share stories on a particular theme or topic relevant to the human experience. We’ll work with our personal narratives, using them as a healing tool through large and small group processes. This is a very interactive workshop.
