So, I have this very amazing friend who just so happens to be a talented and passionate poet. I love being able to share with you the awesomeness that is my circle of friends. I’m sometimes astounded by how they all show up in the world and give their gifts. Thea is unique in that she is a therapist as well as a speaker and a poet. Her poetry reflects her journey of self-discovery and healing. April is National Poetry Month, so I’ll take this perfect opportunity to share one of Thea’s poems. You know there are times when you hear something that speaks to your soul because the message is universal.
